For your information we represent a Chilean producer called CAMANCHACA. Just a very short presentation of Camanchaca Chile. Camanchaca is the largest Chilean seafood company. Its privately owned.
Products are fishmeal, fish oil, mackerel for canning and frozen, farmed abalone, salmon, mussels and scallops.
Salmon. Camanchaca will this year reach a production of 55.000 mt round fish. All is sold value added, meaning in the form of fillets, portions, loins etc etc. Nothing is sold HG.
Scallops. Camanchaca will reach a total of 1.000 mt of Scallops meat this year. 99% sold to France, and majority for retail.
Mussels. Camanchaca started production of mussels 2 years ago. This year we shall do some 5.500 mt of meat, and plans are to reach 12.000 mt in 4 years from now.
